August 21st, 2017

  • All team members must be registered with T-Shirt sizes by August 15th in order to guarantee their T-Shirt size. Participants registered after August 21st will receive the closest size available if we run out of that size.

September 1st, 2017

  • $100 volunteer donation payment to “Hire a Volunteer” is due.  Donation amount increases to $150 per volunteer after September 1st.

September 4th, 2017

  • Deadline to provide final team information including team name, final team roster, average team 10K times and division assignments. (This info is used to set accurate start times.  Please try to have at least 4 teammates registered by this date.  If your roster is incomplete, start times will be generated based on available information.)
  • Registration deadline to have your team name printed on your bibs. Teams that register after this date will receive a generic bib for each team member.

September 15th, 2017

  • Start Times and Volunteer Assignments posted to our website
  • Donation amount for “Hire a Volunteer” increases to $200 per volunteer after September 14th.

October 6th, 2017

  • Final Hire a Volunteer (HAV) fee increases to $300 per volunteer (if volunteers are available)
  • Database closes – ensure you have your team roster completed
  • Packet Pick-up – location TBA
